I have heard for well over a decade from people such as Presidents of second ranked economies and such that I move slowly.
Today, I was in a meeting with an attorney. I explained I wished to organise a corporation in his city. Having practiced law in the neighbouring prefecture for an attorney born and raised in another neighbouring prefecture, I was somewhat familiar with the back and forth.
At one point, I felt the need to explain to him that I am the Son of Heaven. The attorney didn't miss a beat. So my question to those who think I move slowly is, how long would you require?
